Liam Gallagher has bluntly dismissed fan concerns over his vocal health ahead of the long-awaited Oasis reunion tour.

The 52-year-old frontman sparked concern after posting online about taking throat lozenges, sour candies and cough syrup online, prompting speculation from fans that his voice might not hold up during his and older brother Noel's upcoming stadium comeback shows this summer.

One fan messaged him on X after his admission: "@liamgallagher If you need that many throat stuff does that mean anytime your voice can still go? We don't want cancellations."

Liam replied: "Shut up you melt."

Another user asked the singer: "@liamgallagher Did you eat all your sour throat candies yesterday?" - to which Liam responded: "@adele_liam I did 2 pacs."

The Oasis reunion marks the first time the band have performed together since 2009, when they split after a backstage altercation at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris.

Their return to the stage has been one of the most anticipated music events of the decade.

Rehearsals are now underway in London, with Liam joining his bandmates -- including his brother Noel, 58 -- for rehearsals this week.

The world tour begins next month, with dates set for major stadium venues across the UK and beyond.

Liam confirmed on X he would be joining the rest of the band for practice on Tuesday (03.06.25), writing: "Yes Rasta D I'm in Tuesday to blow there minds."

When another fan asked if he was excited, he replied: "Can't wait."

Noel was seen arriving at rehearsals via the London Underground -- in stark contrast to Liam, who was photographed through the window of a car.

The road to the reunion is said to have been smoothed by Noel's daughter Anais Gallagher, 25, from his first marriage to Meg Mathews.

Following Noel's split from his second wife Sara MacDonald, Anais reportedly encouraged him to reconcile with Liam.

A source told The Sun: "Anais was one of the biggest sources of comfort and support for Noel following his divorce. She was the one that was helping him get back on his feet and return to doing things he loved that had fallen by the wayside."

The source added: "Over the years, Noel had offered an olive branch to Liam, but he'd never taken it up. Anais could tell her dad really wanted both his brothers, Liam and Paul, by his side after the split so was determined to get them back in touch."
