Aimee Lou Wood and Patrick Schwarzenegger reveal what they buy with big acting paydays

Aimee Lou Wood spends lots of money on "cute things that are just quite pointless".
The White Lotus actress has opened up about her love for "silly, novelty household" items, and admitted she splurges more of her big paydays on knick-knacks than things she actually needs.
Speaking to PEOPLE magazine for a new campaign with Venmo, she said: "It's always cute things. I spend so much money on cute things that are just quite pointless.
"Like, I won't buy a new laptop even if it's broken and not working, but I will go and spend loads of money on my tiny miniature toy mice that I think are sweet."
The old laptop she's using is still the one she bought - along with an Apple Music subscription - when she got her first big paycheque.
Although she's got no plans for a new one, she does want to go clothes shopping soon.
She added: "I'm actually trying to get better at that because I think I need to go and treat myself more.
"My agent said this to me the other day. She was like, 'Why are you wearing these clothes?'
"I came in and I looked so scruffy, and she was like, 'Maybe you should just go and have a shopping spree?' And it will probably feel really fun and good."
Her White Lotus co-star Patrick Schwarzenegger revealed Aimee did splash out on a "very nice dinner" for him and his fiancee Abby Champion.
He recalled: "[Aimee] just took Abby and I out for a very nice dinner when we were out in London, and she bought it.
"She did the old, 'I'm going to the bathroom' trick, and paid for the bill. She always offers to get meals, and that's, I would say, something that I like to do as well."
Patrick doesn't like spending lots of money on a "big item", but he prefers treating himself and his friends to meals or "experiences".
He explained: "I'm not a big item person, but I do love experiences, and I do love going out to great meals.
"I love going with people, so I always, that's where I splurge, is just, I like to pick up the bill and take people out to dinners or to activity experiences."
