Taylor Swift obtains temporary retraining order

Taylor Swift has obtained a temporary restraining order against a man who allegedly claimed he had a child with her.
The Cruel Summer singer declared she had been left fearing for the safety of herself and her loved ones after Brian Jason Wagner of Colorado allegedly visited her Los Angeles home multiple times over the last year and made a number of untrue statements about his connection to her.
In a legal declaration obtained by E! News, Taylor wrote: "Mr. Wagner made various statements about living at my property (not true), being in a relationship with me (not true), believing I am the mother of his son (not true), and needing to see me in person, all of which are untrue and disconnected from reality."
Taylor - who is in a relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce - claimed the man first visited her home last year and returned several times in July 2024.
She wrote: "On at least one of the occasions in July 2024, Mr. Wagner was carrying a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon."
And the 35-year-old star alleged Wagner showed up to her house again last month and claimed he was "was there checking on a friend (again, this is entirely untrue)."
Taylor's security team had run a background check on the man, and found he had previously in prison and while behind bars had written letters to the Karma hitmaker, in which he detailed "at length about his infatuation with me, a romantic relationship with me (which does not exist), and other completely fabricated stories about his involvement in my personal life."
Her team also discovered Wagner had allegedly managed to use Taylor's Los Angeles address on his own driver's license, attempted to divert her mail to his home and allegedly sent "hundreds" of threatening emails to the pop superstar's staff.
Taylor stated in her declaration: "I have no relationship with Mr. Wagner and I have never met nor communicated with him.
"The fact that both of these recent visits and Mr. Wagner's inappropriate and threatening communications to my staff about me have escalated in recent weeks creates a fear of imminent harm."
The temporary restraining order stops Wagner going near Taylor's home, places of work and vehicles.
The Bad Blood hitmaker has previously admitted she tries not to let people know where she is in the world because of unwanted attention.
She told CBS Mornings: "I try not to ever really say where I am, since all my addresses are on the internet. People tend to show up uninvited like dudes who think we have an imaginary marriage.
"I've had a lot of stalkers show up to the house armed."
