Q. I ordered the L&L Skin LED mask that you suggested and it works great. I now have a question about the L&L MAMI handheld. I have started to develop a turkey wattle under my chin, and was wondering if this device would help that. Can it be used safely on my chin and neck?

A. The L&L MAMI can be used safely on your chin and neck, and would nicely supplement your LED mask. That said, it is not the best possible tool for what you are trying to accomplish. An RF (radio frequency) device is even more effective lifting and tightening loose skin, as the RF waves heat the lower skin layers and stimulate the production of elastin and collagen.
